We are a group of like minded people who love all things  cake and sugar craft.  We have members who are very skilled and some even have their own businesses and some are absolute beginners, but we all share the love of cake craft.  We get together once a month to share our skills, learn something new in our mini workshops and generally have a good gossip about what's going on in the sugar crafting world.

Our club is a District branch of CASA - Cake and Sugar Artists of NSW Inc.  If you become a member you will enjoy the benefits of the association including very affordable insurance for your business if you wish as well as quarterly magazines and invites to the annual conference which show cases some of the best talents in the cake decorating world.  Also if you need a space to show off your work all members can have a page on this site to promote themselves.

Membership is not a requirement to join our group as you may attend our monthly meetups, on the third Sunday of each month and join in the mini workshops for a small fee.  More about these and membership details on our workshops page.

We also hold full or half day workshops two or three times during the year - our buttercream cupcake classes are very popular -  the full day events usually include lunch and refreshments.  These do cost a little extra to attend as we have to cover the ever increasing costs of materials etc.  These classes usually cover things from basic cake covering to sugar modelling.
