Did you attend our flamingo class.    These lovely ladies achieved  some stunning results at our last full day workshop featuring a fully decorated sponge cake with tropical theme.

Are you attending this years CASA Conference in Newcastle ?  Bev will be demonstrating a comical mermaid on Friday.   Lots of other demos going on from Friday 16th and Saturday 17th including some international names.  At the Apollo International Hotel.  

Did you go to the Wauchope Show this year ?  Here are some of the entries and winners of the cake decorating section run by our club.  We had many outstanding entries this year and members of our club also won major prizes.  Congratulations to Claire, our President , winning Best Exhibitor and Bev, our Treasurer for winning Best Exhibit. Also some brilliant entries from St Columbas School.  

Lots of fun making these cute turtles at our last workshop.  A really fun group, so many laughs.

 Some of our members got together for a wonderful Christmas lunch in December where we talked about the year ahead and had a wonderful meal and catchup.

This years Wauchope Show competition will feature an under the sea theme and as such we will dedicate some of our tutorials before the date, to under water themes.

We are looking forward to seeing you all at our future workshops where this year we will be covering topics such as, decorative cookies, sugar flowers, sea creatures and of course the ever popular half day buttercream class.

Oue first class of the year is a very cute turtle and Allison will be guiding us through this class.
