Cake decorating has been a passion for me for more than 12 years.  I love designing and making cakes for all occasions.  Whether its a for a Wedding, birthday, or just because you want cake.  I am a versatile cake decorator ranging from traditional wedding cakes to novelty birthday cakes.  I specialise in cakes that are gravity defying, carved, and hand painted, as well as cupcakes, sugar flowers and figurines.
